Responsibilities
- Provide Real-Time Support: Assist customers via live chat with inquiries regarding products, services, and account details.
- Resolve Issues Efficiently: Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through step-by-step solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Document Interactions: Accurately log customer conversations and feedback into the CRM system.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Adhere to company scripts and protocols while maintaining a natural, empathetic tone.
- Collaborate with Teams: Communicate with supervisors and technical teams to escalate complex issues.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to offer additional services to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or chat support is preferred.
- Typing Speed: Must have a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written English skills with the ability to convey complex information simply.
- Technical Setup: Reliable high-speed internet, a computer, and a quiet workspace.
- Availability: Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Location: Must reside in Houston, TX or Georgia to be considered for this specific hiring event.
