Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or technical team promptly.
- Maintain a positive and professional brand image through every interaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent written English skills with a focus on grammar, spelling, and clarity.
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM for efficient chat handling.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (training provided).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
