Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) integration and Quantum-ready architecture.
- Lead high-level R&D initiatives to explore emerging technologies like Neuromorphic Computing and Synthetic Data.
- Bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business strategy to drive revenue-generating innovations.
- Establish governance frameworks for Ethical AI and data privacy compliance.
- Oversee the digital transformation of legacy systems into next-gen cloud-native ecosystems.
- Build and mentor a world-class team of futurists, data scientists, and engineers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering, or Chief Strategy Officer).
- Proven experience leading complex technical strategies in AI, Machine Learning, or Big Data.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing principles and their potential enterprise applications.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of managing large budgets and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
