Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume client communications via phone, email, and digital channels with 95%+ satisfaction metrics
- Resolve complex account inquiries using Salesforce CRM and proprietary financial systems
- Process transactions and maintain accurate client documentation in compliance with FINRA regulations
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to deliver seamless service experiences
- Identify upsell opportunities and refer clients to specialized financial advisors
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through regular feedback sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in client service, financial services, or B2B support roles
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- FINRA Series 63/66 licenses or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with proven conflict resolution abilities
- Strong attention to detail with 100% transaction accuracy track record
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
