Responsibilities
- Manage client communications across multiple channels (phone, email, in-person) with 98% response-time adherence
- Process complex transactions and account modifications while maintaining 100% regulatory compliance
- Develop personalized financial solutions through collaborative strategy sessions with senior advisors
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document client interactions and maintain accurate client profiles
- Conduct quarterly portfolio reviews and present performance metrics to clients
- Resolve escalated issues with empathy and efficiency, achieving 95% first-contact resolution rate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new client onboarding protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years experience in client-facing financial services or luxury hospitality
- FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with demonstrated conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure while managing multiple priorities
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish highly preferred
