Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex customer issues using problem-solving methodologies and CRM tools
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining strict confidentiality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address systemic customer experience challenges
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores, resolution rates, and efficiency targets
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through regular feedback sessions
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide accurate information across service lines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume contact center environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience highly valued)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with empathetic approach
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining composure
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
