Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Document interactions using Salesforce CRM with 98% accuracy
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat/Sun 8am-8pm)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
