Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and digital inquiries from Oklahoma City customers
- Resolve billing, service, and account issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing product and service training
- Represent NexaCare Solutions with professionalism in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or retail
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Oklahoma City residency preferred for local market knowledge
