Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, shipping, and product issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex cases
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products/services
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to work independently in remote setting
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Available for flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
