- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure complex issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and typing (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying shifts.
