Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing disputes, account issues, and product inquiries using CRM systems
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in quarterly training sessions to update product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for enhanced customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with proven conflict resolution abilities
