Responsibilities

- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and knowledge base
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols for data security and privacy regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience highly valued)
