Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service experience in remote or virtual setting
- Proficient in typing (40+ WPM) and navigating multiple software systems
- Exceptional communication skills with clear phone and written abilities
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and conflict resolution expertise
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
