Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment or at our San Antonio facility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site shifts.
