Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and service issues using proprietary CRM systems
- Document all interactions accurately and maintain detailed case histories in Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues and implement solutions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores, handle time, and first-contact resolution
- Participate in continuous training to master product knowledge and service protocols
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through regular team feedback sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume contact center environment
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with clear articulation
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with analytical thinking abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays with availability between 6AM-10PM
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Must pass background check and pre-employment skills assessment
