Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Provide product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with team leads to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
