Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic, efficient support via phone, email, and chat channels during weekend shifts
- Resolve complex customer issues using our proprietary CRM and knowledge base systems
- Document all interactions with precision in our Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores (target: 95%) and first-contact resolution
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual team huddles and training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience with remote work preference
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office space
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Strong time management and self-motivation skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays 8am-4pm CT
- Valid work authorization in the US
