- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex issues using our proprietary CRM system and knowledge base
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining strict data privacy standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues efficiently
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for customer satisfaction (CSAT), first-contact resolution, and average handling time
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through feedback analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to de-escalate situations
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Availability for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Philadelphia residency required (local candidates preferred)
