Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM tools and established protocols
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Document all interactions in Salesforce while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed quality and productivity metrics (e.g., CSAT, AHT)
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings during peak seasons
- Must pass background check and drug screening
