Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution targets
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer journeys
- Train on new products/services to maintain updated knowledge base
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously (CRM, ticketing tools)
- Strong typing proficiency (45+ WPM) with attention to detail
- Resilience under pressure with ability to de-escalate tense situations
