Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical issues
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience and company revenue
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products/services through continuous training
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Contribute to process improvements by providing customer feedback insights
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years customer service experience (internships accepted)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (training provided)
