- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM with 98% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
- Participate in weekly training to master product updates

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
