Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound calls daily with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with billing and technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for service enhancements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in customer service or call center environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital and phone environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution experience
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
