Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with first-contact resolution focus
- Process orders, returns, and service requests accurately and efficiently
- Document all interactions in CRM system while maintaining data quality standards
- Collaborate with technical support and billing teams for complex issue resolution
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and service protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills with empathy and patience
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced setting while maintaining composure
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends
