Responsibilities
- Handle 50-75 inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and product inquiries using CRM software (Salesforce)
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case notes in compliance with HIPAA
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues within 24 hours
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Participate in quarterly training on new products and service protocols
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to team initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with Midwestern dialect fluency
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends (1-2 days/month)
- Background check and drug screen required post-offer
