Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service standards
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience delivery
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Continuously expand product knowledge to provide comprehensive support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in high-volume contact center environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a major plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with active listening abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
