- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex service escalations
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Adhere to SLA targets with average handle time under 4 minutes
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine communication skills
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer service with proven conflict resolution experience
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong typing skills (50+ WPM) with multitasking ability
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Spanish bilingual certification required
