Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data quality
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service issues
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience and revenue
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide precise solutions
- Contribute to process improvements based on customer feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills and active listening abilities
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred for bilingual support
- Proven track record in performance metrics (CSAT, FCR)
