Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently using CRM systems and internal resources
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training to refine product knowledge
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced settings
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Washington state driver's license (for occasional field visits)
- Spanish fluency is a significant plus
