- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Qualifications
