Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, and FCR
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in call center or retail
- Exceptional communication skills and active listening abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office space
