- Participate in daily team huddles and monthly performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service or call center environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Valid California ID and ability to pass background check
