- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rating
- Process orders, returns, and troubleshooting using Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case histories in CRM
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Maintain strict adherence to SLA and compliance standards
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environment
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
