Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining data quality standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues beyond your scope
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience and company revenue
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products/services through continuous learning modules
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution time targets
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
