Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 customer interactions daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and product inquiries with first-call resolution
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems with detailed notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT >90%, AHT <180 seconds)
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions for continuous improvement
- Support new team members during paid training phases
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience (entry-level accepted)
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk experience a plus)
- Exceptional active listening and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license for occasional off-site events
