Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and handle time targets
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and service protocols
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and service techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with strong active listening abilities
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Type 40+ WPM with high accuracy for efficient documentation
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings while maintaining composure
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
- Must reside in WA or VA state for timezone alignment
