Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within established guidelines
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system for quality assurance
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet daily performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Continuously improve product knowledge to provide exceptional service
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and service quality
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication skills with clear verbal and written abilities
