Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat for Portland-based clients
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Update customer records in CRM systems with accurate information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Maintain performance metrics including CSAT and resolution targets
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Identify process improvement opportunities for local service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office
