Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with team to identify process improvements
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR)
- Participate in ongoing training programs
- Support seasonal peak demand periods
- Uphold company brand standards in all communications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience (or equivalent)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Clear communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and resilience under pressure
