Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a diverse range of customer calls and emails with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Diagnose Complex Issues: Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues efficiently, reducing call handle times.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Log all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM systems to ensure data integrity.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that align with the customer's needs.
- Collaborate Internally: Work closely with the technical and sales teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on customer sentiment.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to team meetings to suggest workflow improvements and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on tone and clarity.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer systems, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily performance metrics.
