- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT)
- Collaborate with support teams for complex issues
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Windows OS and CRM tools
- Ability to work flexible shifts
