Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account details, and troubleshooting steps in the CRM system.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your scope of authority.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer support role.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
