Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate tickets when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and call scripts.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service metrics and team efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred, but we offer paid training for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with computers and typing (40+ WPM).
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
