Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Professionally handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats regarding products, orders, and account status.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and ensure first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Enter detailed notes into CRM systems, ensuring all customer data is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures: Adhere strictly to scripts and guidelines to ensure brand consistency and quality assurance.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to offer additional services or products that enhance the customer's experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, hospitality, or customer service environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; bilingual (Spanish/Tagalog) is a plus.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Must be patient, empathetic, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
