- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and technical support efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure first-call resolution.
- Collaborate with team leads and support departments to escalate complex issues.
- Adhere to all call scripts, quality assurance guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer questions with confidence.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer support environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
