Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, and proposing solutions.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and other requests.
- Communicate product or service information to current and potential customers.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and typing (35+ WPM).
- Ability to work independently and meet daily performance targets.
- Must be available to start immediately.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
