- Communication: Clearly explain complex information to customers in a friendly and accessible manner.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in our internal systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and support staff to improve processes and service quality.
- Adherence: Follow all company policies, call scripts, and performance metrics (KPIs) strictly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary. We value attitude and aptitude over background.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
- Internet: High-speed internet connection (Cable or Fiber preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear speaking voice.
