Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently using our CRM tools.
- Enter accurate customer information and maintain up-to-date records in our database.
- Adhere strictly to company scripts and quality assurance guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance and call volume goals.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (40+ wpm).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
