Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, AHT)

Qualifications
