Responsibilities
- Handle 80+ customer interactions daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and product inquiries with First-Call Resolution
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT >90%, AHT <180s)
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and skill development
- Identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
